Only Graduate students taking courses that meet full-time of 6 credits or more are eligible to purchase graduate student health insurance.

Graduate students must re-enroll in coverage each semester.

Payment is required with your online application.

How much does it cost?

Coverage for the fall period (8/15/25 – 12/31/25) is $2,176.50
By completing this application, you confirm you meet eligibility requirements to purchase this coverage. If, at a later date, you are found to actually not have been eligible, the coverage will be revoked retroactively to the beginning of the coverage period. And in that case, you will be responsible for the cost of any covered medical services, even if the claims for them were already paid by PacificSource.
