Open enrollment for fall Begins July 15, 2025 and ends September 15, 2025.

Sign up for coverage: To enroll in voluntary student health insurance coverage from PacificSource Health Plans, you will need to complete this digital enrollment application. Please visit pacificsource.com/students for plan details and cost sheet.

All degree seeking MALS students taking a half-unit of classes each term, including Summer, are eligible to purchase the student health insurance.

MALS students must re-enroll in coverage each term.

Payment is required with your online application.

How much does it cost?

Coverage for the fall period (8/15/25 - 12/31/25) is $1,897.50.

By completing this application, you confirm you meet eligibility requirements to purchase this coverage. If, at a later date, you are found to actually not have been eligible, the coverage will be revoked retroactively to the beginning of the coverage period. In that case, you will be responsible for the cost of any covered services, even if the claims for them were already paid by PacificSource.
