Open Enrollment for Spring with Summer begins March 19, 2025 and ends April 11, 2025.

Sign up for coverage: To enroll in voluntary student health insurance coverage from PacificSource Health Plans, you will need to complete this enrollment application.

Domestic students are eligible for the Oregon State University Student Health Insurance Plan on a voluntary basis if they are an enrolled student at Oregon State University (six credit hours for undergraduate students; three credit hours for graduate students).

E-campus students with the following criteria have the option to enroll in the OSU Student Health Insurance Plan:

  • Student must be degree-seeking.
  • Undergraduate students must take a minimum of six credits.
  • Graduate students must take a minimum of three credits.
  • Student must be living in Oregon.

PharmD students are eligible for the OSU Student Health Insurance Plan on a voluntary basis. You will need to complete this online enrollment application.

Payment is required with your online application.

How much does it cost?

Coverage for the Spring Coverage Period with Summer (3/22/25-9/10/25) is $1,104.00

Note: The amount stated above does not include the student insurance administrative fee, which will be charged directly to your student account. This fee is $70 per term.

Postdoctoral Fellows, Vet Residents, and Visiting Scholars are eligible for the OSU Student Health Insurance Plan on a month-to-month voluntary basis. You will need to complete a 
PacificSource enrollment form (PDF), instead of this online enrollment application.  Payment instructions will be provided by PacificSource once your enrollment has been processed.  Please see the highlight and cost sheet for more information.
